Vertical Lighting + Controls

Lighting controls,
designed to perform.

Sensors, daylight, and tunable-white are only as good as the way they are set up. We design the control strategy, document it, and commission it, so the system does what the drawings promised.

From strategy to commissioned system.

01

Controls design

We map the control strategy to how each space is actually used: occupancy and vacancy sensing, daylight harvesting near glazing, and tunable-white where it earns its keep. Designed to the energy code from the start, not bolted on at the end.

02

Sequence of operations

Every zone gets a documented sequence: what triggers it, what it dims to, and how it behaves after hours. The intent is written down so the field, the owner, and the inspector all see the same plan.

03

Programming + commissioning

Room controllers, panels, and networked systems are programmed, tested, and dialed in on site. Setpoints, sensor coverage, and scenes are tuned so the space performs on day one.

04

Code + rebate compliance

We document compliance with IECC and ASHRAE 90.1 and hand over the paperwork utilities want for lighting-control rebates, so the incentive is not left on the table.

What we control

The full controls package, specified and commissioned under one roof.

  • Occupancy & vacancy sensing
  • Daylight harvesting
  • Tunable-white & color tuning
  • Networked lighting controls
  • Room controllers & panels
  • Scenes & scheduling
  • Energy code compliance
  • Commissioning & tuning

Part of the whole package

Controls do not live in a vacuum. On most jobs they are one piece of a design-build scope we carry end to end, from the first budget to final closeout.
