A mixed-use retail block with multiple tenants opening on staggered dates, each needing its space lit and controlled on time.
The challenge
Storefronts, the shared canopy, and individual tenant spaces all had to be delivered against a phased opening schedule. One late package would have held up a tenant's opening, so procurement and staging had to be planned around the calendar, not the other way around.
